We suggest that one to two persons be designated in your office to serve as a Tenant and/or facilities contact. This designated contact person(s) should be the main point of contact for communicating with the building management staff and requesting service(s). Building management, in turn, will direct calls and inquiries to the designated contact; including rental payments, insurance certificates or leasing. For ease of communication and efficiency of dispatch, property management maintains a 24 hour/7 days a week online management portal called Building Engines. Any service related requests are to be made through the service portal. Each designated contact can be set up with specific credentials to access the portal. To request website credentials, simply email the Sr. Assistant Property Manager with your contact information.
